Draft for launch review · version 2026-07-21-v1

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern MemorialSuite, an online document-preparation service operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. They supplement the Archieboy Holdings master terms.

What the service does

MemorialSuite prepares private obituary, funeral-program, and eulogy files from information supplied by the customer. Customers may type information or use an optional AI voice guide that identifies itself as AI and proposes questionnaire answers for review. It is not a funeral home, newspaper, publisher, law firm, clergy service, emergency service, or professional grief-counseling service. It does not submit obituaries, arrange services, or provide physical printing.

Your authority and accuracy

You represent that the person has died, that you are authorized to provide the information and photos, and that you have the right to use customer-pasted readings or other material. You are responsible for checking names, dates, relationships, places, and all other facts before use. MemorialSuite provides a mandatory fact-confirmation screen and free correction opportunities, but automated checks cannot guarantee perfection.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for a living person, impersonation, harassment, hate content, accusations against named living people, deceptive public-figure content, or fundraising beyond a simple “in lieu of flowers” direction. We may decline an intake and provide a support path.

Copyright and photos

The built-in reading bank is limited to editions documented as public domain in the United States. Song lyrics are not provided. You warrant that you have permission to use uploaded photos and customer-pasted content.

Purchase and revisions

One $79 Checkout Session purchases one memorial bundle. It includes six regeneration runs during the 30 days after purchase. Earlier ready revisions remain available during the retention period. A refund or payment dispute revokes download access.

Disclaimer and liability

Outputs are drafts prepared from customer information and must be reviewed. The service is provided as available, without a promise of newspaper acceptance, printing compatibility, legal sufficiency, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected memorial.
