You can add up to four photos per memorial, each up to 15MB. Oversized or low-resolution photos show a warning so you can pick a better copy, but they will not block your submission.

Draft memorials that are never purchased are automatically deleted, along with their photos, 90 days after your last activity. Once you purchase, your documents and photos are kept for 24 months. Contact support if you would like your account and data removed sooner.

We do not generate generic filler. If a document does not yet have enough real information to be useful, we show you exactly which details are still needed and send you back to the intake to add them. Nothing generates until each document has enough substance.

Yes. Look for the chat icon on any page to talk with Riley, our AI assistant, for general questions or account help. Riley identifies itself as AI and is separate from the voice guide that helps you fill out your memorial questionnaire.

No. Choose Talk it through, type in the questionnaire, or combine both. The voice guide is optional, identifies itself as AI, and proposes answers for your review. Nothing from the conversation changes the questionnaire until you approve it.

We ask for names and dates; life, work, service, interests, and family details; service and program information; photos and optional readings; and two to four stories, tone, speaker, and length for the eulogy. You choose how—or whether—to mention the cause of death.

No. You can begin your memorial and fill out the whole questionnaire, including the voice guide, as a guest. We only ask you to create a free account at the review step, right before your first preview, so your answers are saved under it.

No. We prepare editable and PDF files plus a plain-text copy view. Newspapers charge their own publication fees, usually paid directly to them.

Newspaper obituary prices vary by paper and are almost always based on length rather than a flat fee, which is why the total is often a surprise. Our free obituary cost guide lists reviewed, dated starting prices for major U.S. metro papers so you know roughly what to expect before you write. MemorialSuite's $79 bundle price is separate from any newspaper fee, since we prepare your files but do not handle newspaper placement.

The optional voice guide streams audio to the configured AI voice provider while you speak, but MemorialSuite does not retain raw audio recordings. We save the transcript and proposed questionnaire answers so you can review, correct, resume, or delete them under the service retention policy.

No. Phase 0 has no public memorial pages. Your drafts, photos, previews, and files require your account.

Fake obituary and memorial pages are common, especially in the days right after someone dies. Our obituary scams guide explains the warning signs and how to verify a notice by going straight to the funeral home rather than a search result. MemorialSuite never publishes or hosts a memorial page for anyone, so any such page claiming to be from us is not genuine.

No. We provide both a home-printer PDF with a safe white border and a two-page professional PDF with 0.125-inch bleed and crop marks. You can print the first yourself or take the professional file to a full-bleed print service.

Yes. Fact corrections are free. You receive up to three preview generations before purchase, then six regeneration runs for 30 days after purchase.
