Privacy Policy

MemorialSuite is private by default. Phase 0 has no public memorial pages.

Information we collect

We store account details, the memorial facts and questionnaire answers you enter or approve, service and family details, photos, optional voice-conversation transcripts and proposed answers, generated document content, proof confirmations, payment identifiers, security counters, and operational events needed to provide and protect the service.

Optional voice guidance

If you choose Talk it through, microphone audio is streamed to Google’s Gemini Live service during the conversation. MemorialSuite does not retain raw microphone or AI-voice audio. It stores the private transcript and staged questionnaire proposal so you can review, correct, resume, or decline it. No proposed answer changes your questionnaire until you explicitly apply it.

How we use it

We use the information to save your intake, screen prohibited uses, generate and render documents, provide previews and downloads, process payment events, respond to support, prevent abuse, and measure service reliability. Buyers are not added to promotional lists, and memorial information is not used for marketing.

Website analytics

Google Analytics is used on public and account-entry pages to understand aggregate traffic and improve the service. It is not loaded in the private memorial wizard, previews, proofing, checkout-return, status API, or download views. Memorial facts and document content are not sent to Google Analytics.

Retention

Never-paid drafts and their photos are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the last activity. Paid memorial documents and photos are retained for 24 months, then scheduled for deletion. Operational payment and legal records may be retained as required. Account deletion anonymizes the account; a full-delete request can be handled through support when legally permitted.

Service providers

Voice guidance may stream the conversation to Google’s Gemini Live service. Transcript extraction and document generation may send the relevant private intake to configured AI providers. Stripe processes payment. Server, analytics, and email providers process data needed to operate the service. We do not sell memorial data.

Your choices

You may correct your intake, request account anonymization, or ask support for a full deletion review. Contact MemorialSuite support.
